Our brush handles are designed with specific applications in mind. The brush handle must be balanced properly to be comfortable to hold and to manipulate and at the same time it must also be strong to withstand pressure. This is why we have chosen to use only the highest quality birch and elm woods in our products. Through our proprietary craft process, our handles' tolerances are all within 0.2mm.
Also, many suppliers do not pay sufficient attention to the humidity difference between China and other countries. This causes many products to crack and warp if not treated properly. At Dongxin, we pay special attention to this issue, and we guarantee all of our handles have less than 12% moisture and that the wood will never warp.

Birch's characteristics: Light color, fine texture, distinct grains, fairly hard, and resistant to warping.
Elm's characteristics: Faint red color, fine texture, clear and uniform dashes in the grain, hard, resistant to warping.
Product Quality Assurance Standard:Water content is within 8-12%
Uniform external dimensions
Only trace amounts of mineral lines, and no studs larger than 1cm
Clean and clear appearance, smooth to the touch, and no splinters
Painted products must have luster, feel smooth, contain no bubbles or contaminants, and the wood quality must not affect the external appearance. |
